Planning an event at an outdoor venue can often mean that you need to hire portaloos for your guests, but have you ever considered doing the same for an event that you are hosting at home? It may seem over-the-top, but it is something we recommend for a party of 20.
Keep the Party Mess Contained
Having a portaloo at your event means that you can limit the amount of people coming in and out of your house, limiting the amount of mess that usually winds up on the floor after a house party. It will also mean that you do not have to clean your own bathroom afterwards, just get the portaloo picked up and it will be like it was never there.
Great for Kids Parties!
We know adult parties can get messy, but kids parties can get even messier, especially if you are hosting them at home. After you have invited all their classmates and parents, you are looking at an event that is about 20-50 people big which is the same amount as a small wedding so adding portaloo hire to your event planning to-do list is a must!
How Many Should You Have?
If your event will be less than 60 people then we recommend one portaloo however there are some other factors you will need to consider when deciding this like how long you expect the event to go for, is there food and drinks being served and how many women and children are attending as they typically have a higher frequency of use. Read more about how you can decide on how many portaloos you will need here.
How Would Portaloo Hire Work?
For a weekend hire, you can typically expect the hiring company to deliver on a Friday with pick up being the following Monday. We recommend scoping out where you want the portaloo to be for the duration of the event, making sure that it is easily accessible to ensure a smooth delivery and pick up.
